James Kelliher is a self-taught artist from Meath, Ireland.
With a background in design he has been focusing on oil painting for the last number of years. He works directly from the subject matter which allows him to develop his ideas as he works on the canvas. Drawing inspiration from the ever-changing light and its effects on everyday objects, James paints still-life and portraits as well as landscape pieces.
